Corporate Governance
We have an internal audit committee responsible for ensuring proper conduct of the various departmental staffs and safe guarding of sensitive customer information. New projects and major expenditures will have to be approved by human resources, finance, engineering heads and the managing director to ensure that the proper controls are being applied.
